ROASTING SCHEDULE

We roast twice weekly - on Mondays and Thursdays.

All orders placed by 9am on those days will make it onto our roasting schedule that day. Orders placed after 9am on those days will likely be roasted on the next roast day.

Please allow a minimum of 1 - 3 business days for us to roast/sort/package your coffee, and prepare it for shipment or local delivery.
