ROASTING SCHEDULE

We roast twice weekly - on Mondays and Thursdays.

All orders placed by 9am on Mon/Thurs will make it onto our roasting schedule for that day. Orders placed after 9am on those days will likely be roasted on the next upcoming roast day.

Please allow a minimum of 1 - 3 business days for us to roast/sort/package your coffee, and prepare it for pickup / shipment / local delivery.
